Overview
I couldn't buy mayonnaise in the supermarket, so I decided to make it myself. It was the first time I made it, and I thought it was very simple and tasted good. It can be spread on bread or made into salads. I made it to marinate chicken legs

Add a small spoonful of white vinegar, or you can use lemon. Stir constantly. If it becomes thinner, add cooking oil and stir. Adding too much cooking oil will cause high calories. You don’t need to add more if you feel you can
