Sausage and potato sticks with vegetable and fruit salad
Overview
When summer comes, people's appetite is greatly reduced, they don't want to cook, and they don't want to buy vegetables. People are like iron rice and steel, and it is impossible not to eat. I always want to make something appetizing, so I happened to buy two boxes of Jenny's sausages online. After looking at the fruits and vegetables at home, an idea immediately came to my mind and I acted immediately. This sausage and potato sticks with vegetable and fruit salad was made in a short time. And it doesn’t require an open flame, and it won’t make you sweaty. Anyone who cooks knows that the hottest place in the house is the kitchen. Using a rice cooker and oven (my oven is on the balcony), a summer appetizer is presented. It is a good choice whether it is for afternoon tea or breakfast!

Steps
-
Wash the potatoes without peeling them, and take the Jenny's Sausage out of the freezer of the refrigerator. (This pure meat sausage has no preservatives or other additives and is delivered by SF Express, so it must be frozen after purchase.)
-
Cut potatoes into large chunks.
-
Remove the outer packaging of the sausage and remove the plastic wrap.
-
Put a small amount of water in the rice cooker, add potatoes, and steam the sausages on a steaming rack. It's too hot in summer, so it's best not to use an open flame if possible. This saves trouble.
-
Place the sausage on a plate, place it on the steam rack, and turn on the steam function of the rice cooker for 20 minutes.
-
Remove the steamed sausages to dry.
-
Remove the skins from the potatoes and mash them into mashed potatoes.
-
Add olive oil, salt, and pepper to the mashed potatoes.
-
Mix the dressing and mashed potatoes.
-
Take a portion of the mashed potatoes, flatten them, and add Jenny's gourmet sausages.
-
Wrap sausages in mashed potatoes.
-
Put the bread crumbs into the baking pan and coat the sausages and potatoes with the bread crumbs.
-
After making several sausage and potato sticks in sequence, preheat the oven to 190 degrees for 5 minutes (why is there one missing? The girl ate it, I took a bite, it was so delicious).
-
Put the baking sheet into the middle rack of the preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes. Take out the baked sausage and potato sticks and let them cool.
-
Wash and cut the cucumbers into cubes, wash and cut the red pepper into cubes, take a plate and put sausage and potato sticks on it, add salad dressing as you like, put the sliced cucumber and red pepper next to it, cut the passion fruit, scoop out the pulp and juice and pour it directly on the fruits and vegetables. A refreshing summer platter is ready, whether it is for afternoon tea or breakfast, it is a good choice.
