Chop the garlic and set aside.

Remove chestnut pumpkin and cut into small pieces.

Add minced garlic, pepper, salt, rice bran oil, and a small spoon of flour.

Mix well.

Spread flat onto baking sheet.

Place in the preheated oven, middle rack, heat up and down to 190 degrees for about 20 minutes.

Sweet, glutinous and delicious.
