Lazy whole egg version of egg tarts
Overview
In the past, every time I made egg tarts, I only used egg yolks, leaving the egg whites to waste. This time I used the whole egg method and found that the taste was still great. Don’t bake the egg tarts in the air fryer too quickly. It only takes 15 minutes. You can have hot egg tarts whenever you want.

Beat the eggs, add powdered sugar and beat evenly.

Pour in the milk and stir evenly, being as gentle as possible to avoid creating too many bubbles.

Sieve the prepared egg tart liquid twice.

Select the egg tart mode in the air fryer and set the time to 15 minutes. Place the tart crust in the frying basket, then press and hold the stirring button to enter the preheating mode of the air fryer.

After preheating, pour the egg tart liquid into the tart shell until it is about 9 minutes full.

Close the lid of the air fryer and the air fryer will automatically continue in egg tart mode.
