Qingming Festival is coming soon, so I should take advantage of the occasion and make Qingming Baba with Qingming dishes for my family to eat.

Prepare glutinous rice flour and sticky rice flour.

Prepare Qingming dishes. Wash the Qingming vegetables and blanch them in boiling water. Take out, squeeze out the water and chop into pieces.

Mix glutinous rice flour and sticky rice flour, stir into a ball with hot water, add Qingming vegetables and knead evenly.

Bring the water in the pot to a boil, let it steam, steam the bacon for 30 minutes, remove and mince it.

Cut the dried tofu into small particles, mix with the chopped bacon, and stir-fry briefly in a wok. Divide the Qingming vegetable dough into four pieces, wrap them like steamed buns, and roll them into balls.

Brush a thin layer of oil on the pan with a soft brush, put the Qingming vegetable balls into the pan, press them slightly with your hands into a flat shape, and fry on both sides until cooked.

The green Qingming Baba is delicious. The bacon was already salty, so I didn’t add any more salt.
