  1. Soak the ribs in blood and rinse them thoroughly

  2. Wash and cut the mushrooms into large pieces and set aside

  3. Cut the onion into small pieces and set aside

  4. Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions until fragrant

  6. Add the mushrooms and stir fry together

  7. Add two spoons of Haitian soybean paste, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce

  8. Add an appropriate amount of water and a few rock sugar, bring to a boil over high heat and simmer over medium-low heat for about 35 minutes

  9. Wash and cut broccoli into small florets

  10. Boil the water, add a few drops of peanut oil, blanch the broccoli and remove it
