I always feel that making sandwich biscuits is a troublesome task, so I finally decided to calm down and make such a biscuit without any rush. Watching the biscuits spread out in the oven, waiting for the chocolate to slowly solidify, the smoothness of the chocolate and the crispness of the biscuits should be a good match

Prepare biscuit ingredients

Pour the powdered sugar and butter together and mix well

Add egg whites
