Chives, Eggs and Shrimp Pancakes
Overview
There are some crayfish in my dad’s refrigerator. I used to play in the pond at my grandma’s house when I was a child. I caught one in the vegetable field at noon in the summer. As the saying goes, my grandma said it was a shrimp!

Peel the crayfish and shrimps in my dad’s refrigerator and soak them in water, then use oyster sauce to remove the fishy smell and add chives and olive oil.

Shrimp with chives and a little olive oil

Add 2 eggs and mix well

Heat a non-stick pan, add some olive oil and pour in egg, chives and shrimp paste
