"Berry" eyes express love~ (Mousse cake for lover)
Overview
Before the strawberries were out of season, I made a strawberry mousse cake. Because the strawberries were bright and beautiful, I gave the cake a more romantic name called Berry Eyes. Because of the chocolate, the step of melting the gelatine sheets is omitted. While the cake was being made, my son was making trouble and rushing to cut the cake. After he was done, he dug out a piece of cream with his fingers and ate it before I could take a photo. This was an irritating rhythm. Therefore, there is a dug finger hole in the left corner of the cake in the picture, please ignore it.
