Homemade lollipops (maltose version)
Overview
Last time I made seaweed and sesame crisps, half a can of maltose was left, so I went to find a small grinder and made some lollipops to recall the joy of my childhood, haha! Today's children are so happy. I remember one thing I did when I was a kid. I found a metal wine bottle lid, tied a piece of iron wire to make a small pot, then poured in sugar and burned it on a candle. After the sugar turned into syrup, I poured it on the metal lunch box. When it cooled, it turned into a lollipop. Did any of your friends do this when they were kids?

Ingredients
Steps
-
Maltose is so sticky.
-
Place all ingredients in a non-stick pan.
-
Turn on the heat and boil the sugar into sugar water.
-
Remember to use a low heat, and the sugar water will gradually thicken into syrup. When the syrup is dropped into cold water, it will harden after cooling, and it is almost done. It is best to have a kitchen thermometer, then wait until the syrup reaches about 152 degrees, and then turn off the heat.
-
Pour the syrup into the mold and cool it in the refrigerator before demolding.

Cute lollipop.
