Peel the lotus seeds, remove the core, and soak in warm water for half an hour

Boil water in a pot, remove and wash the pork ribs.

Set aside blanched pork ribs.

Pour the ribs into the rice cooker, add an appropriate amount of hot water and two tablespoons of salt, and simmer for about an hour.

While the ribs are stewing, wash and peel the corn and chop into small pieces.

When the ribs have been stewed for about an hour, add the corn and lotus seeds to the pot and continue to stew for half an hour.
