Peel and slice the white radish, and tear the fungus into small pieces.

Boil water in a pot, blanch the white radish and set aside.

Pour in the water again (it’s better to use stock), add the white radish slices and cook until soft.

Add fungus and cook for a while.

Add dried shrimps and bring to a boil, then add salt, sugar and chicken essence.

Remove from the pan and sprinkle with chopped coriander.
