Cabbage and meat dumplings
Overview
Dad was hospitalized for surgery, and his family has been accompanying him in the hospital. He was discharged from the hospital today and was taken to my house to rest. I made his favorite fresh meat dumplings stuffed with cabbage for him. Dad was very happy to eat them and said they tasted great. Take a look if you like:

Chop Chinese cabbage and set aside

Chop the pork stuffing, add appropriate amount of salt, light soy sauce, minced ginger, chopped green onion and a piece of thick soup and mix well.

Add cabbage, mix the filling and set aside. (Chinese cabbage itself will produce some water, so when mixing the meat filling, do not add water to the meat)

Knead the noodles in advance, using one pound of noodles and half a pound of water. I use about 260 grams of water to knead the noodles, and then put them in a plastic bag to rest for 30 minutes.

Apply the dosage and press the flat dosage

Roll out the dough and wrap the stuffing

Make the dumplings as shown in the picture

Boil water in a pot (add a spoonful of refined salt to the water). After the water boils, add the dumplings and cook. Boil the pot three times and serve each time.

Remove the dumplings and put them on a plate. You can dip them in garlic sauce when eating.
