Improved BBQ Pork
Overview
Barbecued pork rice has always been my favorite. I love barbecued pork so much that I order a double portion every time! Sometimes some stores don’t have enough flavor, so I make my own improved version! I didn’t want to post it at first, but then I tried it and it tasted good and I wanted to share it, so there are no pictures!

Clean the meat and prick it hard with a fork! If you have children at home, you can be free. They like to do this work. Then add the cooking wine, barbecued pork sauce, braised sauce, and oil to marinate.
-
I was afraid that it would not be marinated thoroughly, so I cut it into slices with a knife, put it in a bowl with the sauce, and then placed it on the plate. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, middle level, 150 degrees for 230 minutes, 175 degrees for 30 minutes, and 200 degrees for 20 minutes. Turn over in the middle, pour out the oil from the oven and replace with tin foil.

The color is a little darker, but the taste is good. It is not greasy at all and is very flavorful. It tastes better than oily and sweet ones. It fills the whole house with fragrance. Even my neighbors who tried it praised it! Not too hard, very tasty and a little chewy!

My daughter couldn't help it and came to eat it! My little daughter ate three or four pieces!
