By the way, I watched a video while lying in bed last night before going to bed...it taught me how to make this dish! My mother-in-law... almost made me bleed all over the floor... As a lover of all kinds of potato products, I decided to buy two today and give them a try! Just sharing my experience! Not a successful recipe!

Two potatoes, the longer ones, bacon... whatever you want!

It’s really difficult for me to cut thin slices but not cut them off. I broke the first one😒…

Cut it without applying anything, wrap it in tin foil and bake it in the refrigerator for 25-30 minutes! Don’t bake it too soft!

It’s marinated meat...the sauce is all on it! Add some salt and rice wine!

I don’t think it’s really possible to pull apart each piece and stuff it with meat, as it feels like it will split! So I separated two pieces and stuffed one piece of meat!

After baking for about 10 minutes, take it out and brush it with sauce. Use a spoon to scoop up the gravy that comes out and pour it from the middle of the potatoes! Throw onions! Salt and pepper! Bake for another 10 minutes! I just love this burnt banana scent!

One piece was accidentally cut off! It doesn’t look that nice after baking!

It tastes very delicious! But I found that the uncut areas were crunchy, so I simply cut them off and grilled them again! This dish can be paired with wine, but it’s too boring to pair with rice!
