Squid cakes, dried eels and roasted cauliflower soup

Cuttlefish cakes are a specialty here. Only in our small county do they taste the best. They are all made by hand. It is made of cuttlefish eggs and sweet potato powder. The two things are slowly kneaded and pounded little by little with your hands. Finally, the two things are perfectly combined together to be considered complete. It requires a lot of manpower.

Heat oil in a pan, add cauliflower and stir-fry briefly
