Prepare the raw materials: wash the ribs, cut the winter melon into pieces, soak the barley in warm water for 2 hours in advance, slice the ginger, cut the green onion into sections, salt

Soak the pork ribs in water: Pour cold water into the pot, add two slices of ginger, bring to a boil over high heat, and continue turning the pork ribs for three minutes. Then pour out the water in the pot and wash the ribs.

Add enough water to the pot, add the soaked pork ribs, soaked barley, green onions and ginger. Bring to a boil over high heat and simmer for an hour.
