Healthy red date and walnut cake
Overview

Wash and remove the cores of the red dates, soak them in appropriate amount of water until soft and set aside

Put the soaked red dates into a food processor and puree together with all the corn oil and set aside

Crush walnuts and set aside

Break the eggs into a water-free and oil-free basin and add all the brown sugar

Whisk until the egg batter does not disappear immediately when you lift the whisk.

Add the sifted mixture of flour and baking powder and mix well

Take a little cake batter and mix it with chopped red dates, stir evenly

Pour back into the cake batter and mix evenly

Add chopped walnuts and mix well

Pour the mixed cake batter into a mold lined with greaseproof paper and shake out any large air bubbles. Preheat the oven to 150 degrees and bake for about 45 minutes
