Steps
-
Break off the broccoli into small florets, cut a few slices of carrots into different colors, soak in light salt water for 15 minutes, and wash. Add water to the pot, add 1 spoon of salt and half a spoon of soda ash, so that the blanched broccoli will be crisper and greener. The water will open the broccoli, and then remove it.
-
Crack the garlic with a knife and mince it.
-
Heat the oil in a pan, heat the oil slightly, add the garlic, and stir-fry over low heat until it becomes slightly brown and fragrant.
-
Add broccoli and stir well.
-
Squeeze in 2 tablespoons of chicken juice, pour two or three tablespoons of water, and stir-fry until the water dries up.
-
Light and refreshing, rich in nutrients, delicious and fat-reducing.
-
After eating too much fish and meat during the holidays, stir-fry broccoli to give your stomach a rest.
