Crispy fried sardine steak (air fryer version)
Overview
I have always been put off by oil-based fried foods. Although they are delicious, too much oil is not good for health. This time I got a new air fryer at home and I will try the effect immediately. Delicious fried sardine steaks can be made in an air fryer without adding a drop of oil!

Prepare the ingredients. Select the fillet part of the sardine and cut it into strips. Cut the ginger into shreds.

Add cooking wine, salt, pepper and ginger, mix well and marinate for 1 hour.

Coat in fried powder and add water and eggs.

Stir evenly into a fine paste.

Pour the marinated fish fillet into the frying batter and dip it in some dry fried powder.

After everything is coated with flour, place it on the baking pan of the air fryer.

Press the menu and select the "Fish" function.

Bake at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.

When the time is up, take it out with a tong and it is ready to eat. It will be even more delicious if dipped in black pepper sauce!
