Pipi Shrimp
Overview
I loved the restaurant's salt and pepper shrimps so much that I bought them and made them myself. I found that the ones I made tasted almost the same as those outside, and they were fresh, clean and hygienic.

Wash the shrimps, pour cooking wine, add ginger slices, and marinate for 5-10 minutes.

Pour oil into the pot, add shrimps and fry until golden brown, remove and set aside.

Add oil, add onion, ginger and garlic and sauté until fragrant, pour in the fried shrimps, sprinkle with appropriate amount of pepper and salt according to personal taste, add coriander and serve.
