Side dish ~ Spicy Crab Sauce
Overview
I have been eating this since I was a child. When I was young, there was not much food at home, so everyone made this as a side dish. It is spicy and appetizing. I don’t know if it exists elsewhere, but we call it crab sauce.

I forgot to take a photo of the pickled crab roe, so I had to post the steps in text. Put the water, salt and crab roe into a covered jar and marinate for more than 7 days, and place it in a cool and ventilated place.

Cut the green onion into sections, chop the red pepper, and marinate the crab roe (with part of the water used to marinate the crab roe), and stir together evenly. Place it in a basin and continue fermenting for a few days, then you can eat it.
