Grilled Yellow Croaker
Overview
In every barbecue restaurant in our small coastal county, the biggest feature besides mainly kebabs is grilled various seasonal seafood, grilled fresh clams and various shellfish, grilled shrimp, grilled various fish, fresh, dried and salty, etc. In short, there are many varieties. There are many ways to grill and eat them. In fact, my favorite is grilling fresh various small fish. The fish caught in the sea are simply pickled and grilled on the grill. The fragrance and umami flavor will spread everywhere. Then grill a bunch of steamed buns and eat them with the freshly grilled fish. The taste and feeling are really indescribable...

Clean and prepare yellow croaker for later use

Take a container and add appropriate amounts of compound barbecue marinade (bought in supermarkets or spice stores)

Add chili powder

Add black peppercorns

Add light soy sauce

Mix all marinade ingredients and mix well

Marinate the yellow croaker in the mixed marinade for 2 hours

Take a barbecue bamboo skewer and insert it into the fish body from the tail

Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes
