Lean pork and lettuce porridge
Overview
In the past two years, when drying bacon, I will deliberately dry some lean ones. I posted it specially for the children to make porridge, it is very delicious! However, bacon is a pickled food, so it’s best not to eat it often!

Prepare the ingredients (soak the lean pork and rice ten minutes in advance).

Blanch the lean meat in water, clean and cut into small pieces, and prepare two slices of ginger.

First put a small amount of oil in the casserole, put the rice, ginger and lean meat into the casserole, add an appropriate amount of water and start boiling.

Clean and chop the lettuce and set aside.
