Tomato Beef Brisket Soup
Overview
A friend sent a message in WeChat Moments, saying that she had channels to get authentic Australian beef, including steak, brisket, oxtail, etc. They make it themselves and think it tastes pretty good, so I recommend it to everyone. My friend is a foodie, so I believed she was right, so I ordered 2.2 kilograms of beef brisket first, and also bought oxtail. When I heard that the goods had arrived on Friday, I hurried to her house to pick them up and started cooking them on Saturday.

Steps
-
Cut the beef into 3 large pieces

Cut tomatoes, cabbage, potatoes and carrots into cubes and wash them separately
-
Boil beef brisket in water and wash
-
Fill the casserole with water, put the washed beef brisket, and add onion and ginger
-
Simmer over low heat for 2 hours and remove the beef brisket. This is the original beef soup, very fragrant.
-
Cut beef brisket into small pieces and set aside
-
Add oil to the pan and stir-fry the cabbage
-
Then add carrots and stir-fry together
-
Since the casserole is too small, I moved the original beef soup to a larger stainless steel pot
-
Add the stir-fried cabbage, carrots, potatoes, and chopped beef in sequence
-
Stir-fry tomatoes. The tomatoes must be stir-fried to melt out the lycopene
-
Put the fried tomatoes into the pot
-
Add tomato paste and stir gently
-
Cover the pot and simmer over low heat for an hour
-
An hour later, I opened the lid of the pot and the aroma was so fragrant that my mouth watered
