Prepare chicken wings and Orleans grilled chicken wing powder.

Wash and dry the chicken wings. Use a knife to make a few cuts on the chicken wings without cutting them.

Also cut a few times on the back to make it more flavorful when pickled.

Put the cut chicken wings into a plastic bag. Add water to melt the chicken wing powder according to the instructions on the bag and pour it into the plastic bag.

Tie the seal and flip it over so that the chicken wings are evenly coated with the sauce. Marinate in the refrigerator for 6-12 hours (the chicken wings will be more flavorful if the time is longer).

Place the marinated chicken wings on the grill, heat up and down at 210-230 degrees, and bake for about 30 minutes. Note that different ovens have different powers, and you have to experiment with the baking time to avoid burning.
