Stir-fried gray tofu with red pepper
Overview
Gray tofu fruit, known as ginseng fruit, is also called fairy fruit. Produced in Daozhen Gelao and Miao Autonomous County, the hometown of silver fir trees in China, it is a specialty food passed down from generation to generation by the Daozhen Gelao people. It is made of high-quality soybeans as raw materials, and is carefully processed through traditional stone grinding technology, supplemented by high-quality pollution-free plant ash. Stir-fried gray tofu fruit is actually very simple. It is the same as other dishes. To make it look better, I used red pepper to stir-fry gray tofu fruit. Technology needs to be improved.
