This season happens to be strawberry season. Everyone went to pick strawberries on the weekend. They picked too many and couldn’t finish them, so they started thinking about making a strawberry mousse cake!

9. 9 Whip whipped cream in the middle, add jammed strawberries and melted gelatine.
