Mix the flour with appropriate amount of water to form a softer dough and let it rest for 20 minutes.

Roll the dough into a large sheet, sprinkle with salt, five-spice powder and drizzle with sesame sauce.

Spread salt, allspice and sesame paste evenly.

Roll up from one end.

Cut the rolled noodles into small pieces to form small rolls.

Stack two small rolls up and down and press them with chopsticks to form a flower roll.
