  2. Separate the fat and lean pork, shred it, cut the green onion into long sections, and set aside dried chili.

  3. Set aside the sand tea seasoning packet.

  4. Wash and remove shredded potatoes.

  5. Add the fat to the pan and fry over low heat.

  6. After frying almost, add a little bit of blended oil.

  7. Sauté the dried chilies over high heat until fragrant.
