Perilla Peach

I went to Changsha a month ago and accidentally ate a snack called Shishu Peach. It was particularly delicious. I bought it online today and bought a box of peaches online to make a delicious replica!

For medium-sized peaches, rub the skin with salt and cut into medium-sized pieces.

Put it into a container, add a spoonful of salt and a spoonful of sugar and mix well.

Marinate for 20 minutes and rinse with cold water.

Remove and wash the perilla stems.

Chop them up and put them in a bowl, leaving two pieces unchopped.

Put an appropriate amount of water into the electric cooking pot and add a uniform amount of rock sugar.

Cook and stir until the sugar is completely melted.

Add a little white vinegar, the water immediately turns pink, squeeze some lemon juice.

When the water cools, take out the perilla leaves.
