Overview
The fruits here are not limited to these types, you can choose what you like. Pineapple, orange, kiwi are all fine. Lemon and osmanthus are essential to this tea because their fresh aroma enhances the flavor of the entire pot. After brewing the tea, add honey when the water temperature is right.

Prepare materials.

Cut the pear into small pieces.

Cut the apple into small pieces.

Clean the strawberries, remove the stems and cut into pieces.

Clean the kumquats, remove seeds and cut into pieces.

Clean the lemon and cut into thin slices.

Place the cut fruit into a large bowl or pot with a lid.

Add appropriate amount of osmanthus. Add boiling water and brew.

Cover and soak for 10 minutes. When the water temperature is about 35°, add honey and mix well.
