Overview
Almond protein crisps are not only easy to make, delicious and nutritious, but also a good way to use up leftover protein. (Refer to Little Bee for the recipe)

Ingredients
Steps
-
Sift together the flour, icing sugar and salt.
-
Melt the butter in the microwave and let cool slightly.
-
Pour the egg whites into the sifted flour and mix well with a whisk.
-
Then pour in the butter and mix well.
-
Mix into a fine and smooth batter.
-
Add sliced almonds.
-
Mix well with a spatula.
-
Spread the mixed batter on a high-temperature oilcloth and spread it thinly and evenly.
-
Preheat the oven to 150 degrees, set the middle layer, and bake until deep golden brown, then take it out (the oven I use does not have independent temperature control functions for the upper and lower tubes, so I need to place another baking pan on the lower layer to insulate it from the heat)
-
The freshly baked crisps are soft, tear them off while they are hot and let them cool. Then continue to make the remaining batter. My 40-liter oven can make just three trays of this amount.
-
When the biscuits become crispy, break them into pieces with your hands.
