Papaya and Coconut Cream
Overview
In the hot summer, I especially want to drink some refreshing drinks. Carbonated drinks are really harmful to the body! I saw a papaya in the refrigerator at home, so I wanted to make a papaya fresh milk. I thought it would be delicious and thirst-quenching after being refrigerated ~ so I started it ~ I actually don’t like to eat papaya alone. After doing this, it dilutes the original taste of papaya, so I still like to drink it ~ Pair it with white fungus to add nutrients to the skin ~ ~

Steps

As for the required ingredients, I don’t have coconut milk at home, so I used coconut flour instead. It won’t affect anything, and you can control the shade of coconut milk by yourself~
-
Soak white fungus in warm water
-
Slice papaya, remove hard roots from soaked white fungus, and cut into small florets
-
Boil 800ml of water, add white fungus, add rock sugar after boiling, continue to cook over medium heat for 5 minutes
-
Add papaya and cook for 5 minutes
-
Pour in the milk, stir evenly, cook for 1 minute and turn off the heat ~
-
Place the cooled papaya custard in the refrigerator
-
Take out the refrigerated papaya milk dew, pour in the brewed coconut milk, and enjoy slowly~ The coconut aroma is mixed with the milk aroma, it is delicious!
