Fruit and vegetable fried pellets
Overview
I saw this pan-fried potato pancake on Kewpie's official website. On a whim, I changed the original cooking method using the ingredients available at home and made fried fruit and vegetable pellets. The pellets were burnt on the outside and soft on the inside, and dipped in Kewpie salad dressing, they had a unique flavor.

Have the ingredients ready for later use.

Wash and peel the sweet potatoes and apples, grate them into thin strips, cut the sausage, parsley and onion into small pieces.

Put a little olive oil in the pot, add onions and sausages and stir-fry until fragrant, add celery + a little salt and stir-fry evenly.

Then shovel it out and put it into the sweet potato and apple basin.

Add 2 tablespoons of flour and mix well.

Shape into small balls and coat with bread crumbs.

Put oil in the pot and fry over medium-low heat.

Take it out of the pan and serve it with salad dressing.
