Prepare ingredients; chop ginger and cut 250g pork tenderloin into half-centimeter slices;

Put the sliced meat into a large bowl, add 20g light soy sauce, 10g Huadiao wine, appropriate amount of ginger and 5g brown sugar;

Catch it evenly with your hands and marinate for about 20 minutes;

Take a small milk pot and pour in all the teriyaki ingredients, that is, 30g light soy sauce, 20g Huadiao wine and 40g honey. Bring to a boil over low heat and stir continuously for about five or six minutes to remove the water. Simmer until thick and make a brushing ingredient;

Heat the pot; heat a small to medium hot pot, pour in vegetable oil, add the marinated meat slices and fry until one side changes color, flip and fry the other side until it changes color;

Use a brush to evenly apply a layer of teriyaki sauce, turn over and apply another layer of teriyaki sauce, fry for two or three minutes and take out;
