Stir-fried red bean paste
Overview
To make bean paste-filled snacks, you need bean paste. You can buy it online or make it yourself. It is better to ask for help than to ask for help. You can make it yourself with real ingredients and no additives. It is safe and reassuring to eat. However, I haven’t done it for a long time. I experimented with American red beans because the materials are easy to buy and cheap, and I don’t feel bad about the waste if it’s not done well. When the experiment succeeds, I will switch to domestic red beans.

Soak red beans overnight.

After soaking, pour out the water, add 1/4 cup of water, put it in a pressure cooker and steam for 20 minutes, then pour it into a food processor.

Beat the red beans into puree.

Put the red bean paste into the pot, over medium heat, add 8 tablespoons of brown sugar powder, 4 tablespoons of white sugar, and 4 tablespoons of condensed milk. Stir well and add 4 tablespoons of butter.

Stir constantly until evenly mixed.

Fry until it becomes a thicker paste. You can make it dry or wet depending on your needs. If you want to apply it on the dough, it should not be too thick. If it is just a ball for filling, you can make it thicker or dry. After it is done, let it cool and put it in a box or bottle in the refrigerator.
