Overview

Usually minced meat is used to stuff mushrooms. This time, I tried using quail eggs and ham to stuff mushrooms. They are delicious and nutritious.

  1. Wash the mushrooms and choose larger ones.

  2. Remove stems from mushrooms.

  3. Prepare quail eggs.

  4. Crack a quail egg on the mushrooms and sprinkle some salt.

  5. Cut the ham into fine pieces, place it on the mushrooms, put it in the oven, set the upper and lower temperature to 180 degrees, and bake for 20 minutes.

  6. It’s time to eat. It’s very nutritious.
