Remove impurities and old roots from Suaeda, soak in salt water for 15 minutes, and clean.

A head of new garlic. Cut into minced garlic.

Blanch the washed suede in boiling water for 30 seconds, take it out and immerse it in cold water for 30 minutes. The water can be changed twice during this period.

Squeeze out the water from the soaked Suaeda. Add minced garlic, a little salt, chicken essence, sugar, vinegar, steamed fish soy sauce, and sesame oil.
