Steamed Spinach Cake
Overview
Reference age 12 months + I used a spoon as a measuring tool for this complementary food. Some mothers do not have a kitchen scale at home, so they use a spoon and a milk bottle as a measuring tool. This way, they can accurately grasp the measurement. Also, because some mothers do not have an oven at home, making cakes is inconvenient, so they choose to use steaming

Ingredients
Steps
-
Ingredients preparation: 3 spoons of flour, 1 egg, 35ml of spinach juice, 2 spoons of fine sugar
-
The egg cracked open (please ignore the yolk that I accidentally broke) haha
-
Beat whole eggs, add fine sugar in 3 batches, beat until white in color, just use a whisk to beat until there is resistance (or use a whisk to lift and write "8" without disappearing)
-
Add spinach juice to flour
-
Mix the spinach juice and flour and stir well until there are no lumps
-
Then take 1/3 of the beaten egg liquid and pour it into the spinach batter, mix well using the cutting and mixing method, and turn the bowl while cutting and mixing
-
This is the batter that has been cut and mixed, especially delicious
-
Then pour the chopped spinach batter into the remaining whipped egg batter
-
Still use the cutting and mixing method to mix well, while cutting and mixing, turn the pot
-
Take a clean container and put silicone paper on the bottom to facilitate demolding (or brush with oil instead of silicone paper). Pour the batter into the container and shake it hard a few times to release big bubbles
-
Cover the lid, turn the water to medium-low heat and steam for 20 minutes
-
It’s out of the pot. The steamed cake is particularly soft and tastes just like the cake you bought, so soft
-
I cut it into strips to make it easier for the baby to hold
-
Soft and sweet steamed cake with beautiful color, very popular with babies

You can also make beautiful steamed cakes with the same amount of dragon juice
