Braised Duck Wings
Overview
When I went to the supermarket to stock up on goods on the weekend, I saw two aunts discussing how good this braised sauce package was. I couldn’t help it anymore. After buying the package, I remembered the braised duck wings behind my previous unit

Prepare the ingredients (I also put a duck gizzard in the marinade for tomorrow’s breakfast~)

Pour water into the pot and blanch the duck wings

Put an appropriate amount of oil in the wok, heat it up and sauté the ginger slices until fragrant

Add ingredients

Add cooking wine

Add light soy sauce

Add dark soy sauce and appropriate amount of salt

Stir fry and color

Add water to cover the ingredients

Add marinated buns and green onions
-
Cover and simmer over medium-low heat for about 20 minutes

Collect the juice before serving (the duck gizzards have been marinated for 15 minutes and have been taken out)

Plate it, it’s delicious~
