Homemade aged yogurt
Overview
This was my first time using a bread machine to make yogurt. I used the bacteria powder of old yogurt and adjusted the proportion of sugar appropriately. The first bite after refrigeration made it look like the old Beijing yogurt in porcelain bottles. It’s easy to use a bread machine. Make it at night, put it away in the refrigerator, and drink it as you go.

The materials we prepared, the bottles are those left over from buying yogurt;

Sterilize all containers, bottles, and tools with boiling water;

Pour a little milk into the sterilized container and add bacterial powder;

Add sugar and stir evenly;

Pour in the remaining milk and stir a little;

Pour the milk into the bottles, use exactly 4 bottles; seal the mouths of the bottles with plastic wrap;

Put the milk bottles into the bread machine bucket. Four are just right. I want to put one in the middle, but it really can’t fit in. Cover the lid and start the bread machine program: 11~Yoghurt function, the time defaults to 8 hours. Go to bed and check it out in the morning;

The next morning, the yogurt function had ended. I picked up the bottle and saw that the yogurt had solidified very well;
