Shrimp and Kale

Appropriate amount of shrimp

Remove the outer skin of kale and wash.

Cut into 0.3 cm slices

Put oil in the pot and heat it up.

Pour in the ginger slices and saute until fragrant, then add the shrimps and stir-fry until cooked.

Dish out and set aside.

In another pot, pour half more oil than usual for cooking. (Mom said: This dish is not delicious without oil.)

Enter the kale.

Stir fry until soft.

Add appropriate amount of salt and stir-fry until salted.

Add shrimp.

Just mix it quickly and it's ready.
