Overview
Our food is mainly sour and spicy, and spicy food is also very popular here. Many dishes include some sour chili peppers and sauerkraut. Sauerkraut is kimchi, and the preparation method is almost the same as Sichuan kimchi, but they still have their own characteristics. Chop all ingredients except eggs into small pieces.
