Bake the oatmeal in the oven at 150 degrees for 10 minutes, take it out and let it cool for later use.

Cut the mixed fruit into small pieces.

Mix maltose and butter, heat over water and stir constantly until completely melted, then drop in vanilla essence.

Mix whole wheat flour, brown sugar, and oatmeal and mix well.

Place in a preheated 160-degree oven and bake on the middle shelf for 25 minutes until golden brown. Brush the surface with honey water and bake for another 5 minutes before taking it out of the oven. (Honey: water ratio is 1:1)
