Salt-braised edamame
Overview
There were relatively few snacks when I was a child. Every summer when the edamame and peanuts were ripe, my mother would cook a pot for us to eat. It was really delicious, the taste of childhood, and the memory of childhood!

Keep the spices ready.

Wash the edamame several times, wash off the hair on the surface, and cut the two ends with scissors to make it easier to taste.

Pour cold water into the pot, put the salt and spices into the pot and cook the edamame. Cook over high heat for ten minutes and it will be cooked. Let it simmer in the pot for a few minutes to enhance the flavor
