[Cold Purslane] Picking wild vegetables, great!
Overview
I went with my parents to play in the mountains in the suburbs. My mother also picked a bag of purslane. Generally reddish brown, the leaves are thick and obovate, so they are named because they look like horse teeth. It contains protein, fat, thionine, riboflavin, ascorbic acid and other nutrients. Since it contains a lot of acidic substances, it will feel slightly sour when you eat it. The medicinal functions of purslane are to clear away heat, detoxify, cool blood and stop bleeding.
