-
Prepare ingredients. Cut the roasted bran into thin slices, and cut the carrots, onions, green peppers, and ginger into slices.
-
Trim the fat (chicken fat) from the chicken breasts separately and cut the chicken into small pieces for 5 minutes.
-
First put the chicken fat separately into the pot, and heat a little oil over medium heat (you really don’t need to add other oil) for 2 minutes.
-
Add ginger and chicken cubes and stir-fry for a while. After the surface of the chicken cubes turns white, add carrots, onions and roasted bran to the pot and stir-fry for a while. Then add 200ml of water and cook for 10 minutes.
-
Add a small spoonful of salt and a little sugar for freshness, and finally add three pieces of curry. The curry will melt when exposed to water. Mix the seasonings and ingredients evenly to prevent them from sticking to the pan.
-
Finally, cook on low heat for 5 minutes. Let’s start enjoying the delicious food!
