Wash the pork, boil it in cold water until tender, take it out and let it cool naturally, then cut into thin slices and set aside.

For newly picked day lilies, remove the middle buds and soak them for 20 minutes. Blanch the soaked day lilies in boiling water. When blanching, add some salt and cooking oil to the boiling water to protect the color. Take it out and shower, squeeze out excess water, cut into sections, and set aside.

Wash the green peppers, remove the stems and seeds, cut into shreds and set aside.
