This is my first time making steamed cakes. I didn’t expect it to be so successful. Friends who like to eat but have no experience, please come.

Mix white flour and cornmeal, about a bowl of each, ps the bowl used for eating at home.

Take a spoonful of yeast with a seasoning spoon and soak it in a greenhouse for seven or eight minutes.

Add the yeast water to the mixed flour, and stir until you feel that the chopsticks can no longer stir. Take a deeper basin, brush it with some oil to facilitate demolding, and put the thin dough into it

Place in a warm place to rise until doubled in size, put some candied dates on top, steam over high heat for 30 minutes, then turn off the heat and simmer for ten minutes.
