  1. Mix white flour and cornmeal, about a bowl of each, ps the bowl used for eating at home.

  2. Take a spoonful of yeast with a seasoning spoon and soak it in a greenhouse for seven or eight minutes.

  4. Place in a warm place to rise until doubled in size, put some candied dates on top, steam over high heat for 30 minutes, then turn off the heat and simmer for ten minutes.
